DELETE – What Have You Learned?
Continue having worry time with your grown-up and keeping track of your worries by placing them in your worry jar or container.
Look through your worries and decide which type of ANT they fall into.
Then challenge you worries by putting them on trial.
Finally, come up with a PAT to help you think positive and “let go” of your worries!
If you have worries in your jar that no longer bother you, you can tear them up and throw them in the garbage!
