Practice Worry Time
Continue practicing Worry Time with your grown-up and doing mindfulness exercises at least 5-10 minutes daily.
Take at least 2-3 worries from your Worry Jar rate them on a level of 1-10 based on how scary they are.
Then play the Worry Battle game to get your score down to 0.

If you’re still worried, try practicing another coping skill to help you calm.
